Predictive analysis based on Artificial Intelligence for Industry 4.0
This technical whitepaper is intended to provide a general overview of the AI-based predictive maintenance platform developed by ZIRAK, applied to a roller bearing diagnostics environment.
Through the use of neural networks and learning methodologies, the platform is able to report the state of health of the machinery in use and predict the life span of the various components. This allows to optimize maintenance activities and production processes within the factory, reduce losses due to unscheduled downtime and decrease production line downtime.
